THE REFUGEE’S JOURNEY

When your clients begin their journey, they often must go through years of pre-arrival processing and applications before they relocate. In their post-arrival stage, your clients start off as temporary residents, but may become permanent residents of their new countries. As this assimilation process continues, your clients could choose to become citizens.

In order to progress through their journey, and eventually become benefactors of this entire process, your clients need you. Aid organizations significantly increase their clients’ abilities to move through this cycle.

Pathway is the specialized lifecycle management tool that will allow you to assist your clients in this process.

PRE-ARRIVAL

Free voice calling, video calling and texting to keep in contact. Aid organizations can send clients information and education in-language to help them with the arrival process.

POST-ARRIVAL

Mobile calling and data capability. Aid organizations will still be able to communicate with clients in the same way and give them new information and education on their current situations and next steps.

ONGOING

Aid organizations may use Pathway to maintain communication and relationships with clients who are firmly assimilated, continuing to provide them support and resources for the future.

NEXT WAVE

Former refugees who have benefited from aid organizations become benefactors, giving back to aid organizations, and directly assisting their friends and family who are still in the refugee process.
